LAFN began in 2020 as an informal space for a few friends to share their struggles and solutions in their nonprofit fundraising jobs.

Today, we’re a FREE network of 300+ development professionals representing 200+ organizations.

We believe in collaboration over competition.

We meet monthly on Zoom, quarterly in-person, and daily in our Slack Channel to share challenges, resources, job opportunities and more. We support each other in our work, careers, and lives.
